Job Description & Responsiblities:

Technician maintains, diagnoses, and repairs all electrical systems, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units to ensure guest comfort, safety, and smooth hotel operations.

• AC & HVAC Maintenance: Service, repair, and clean split units, FCUs, AHUs, chillers, and refrigerators. Check refrigerant levels and monitor temperature controls.
• Electrical Upkeep: Unpacking food deliveries, checking product quality, rotating stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, and throwing away expired items.
• Plumbing: Install, inspect, and repair pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures like sinks and toilets. Maintenance and Troubleshoot and fix plumbing leaks or blocked drains. Responsible for compliance in following building codes and safety regulations for water distribution.
• Painter: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to building interiors and exteriors.
