Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

A Butler serves as the ultimate personal host, managing high-end guest experiences by blending formal hospitality with seamless outdoor and indoor property coordination.

• Guest Relations & Check-in: Welcome high-net-worth guests, manage personalized check-ins, and act as the single point of contact throughout their stay at the villa or luxury glamping tent.
• Tailored Service & Anticipation: Anticipate guest needs regarding dietary preferences, custom room/tent climate settings, itineraries, and special requests.
• Food & Beverage Coordination: Coordinate with F&B team to oversee formal dining, private campfire setups, outdoor barbecue experiences, and beverage/wine service.
• Site & Accommodation Maintenance: Ensure the luxury villa rooms and glamping tents match star cleanliness and presentation standards at all times.
• Activity & Event Management: Assist in organizing on-site leisure activities, local excursions around Hyderabad, private gatherings, or intimate outdoor events.
