Sales Associate/Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests by providing product information and promoting sales.

• Ensure products are correctly tagged, displayed, and replenished as per standards.

• Process sales transactions accurately and accept payments through cash, cards, and digital payment modes.

• Hand over purchased items along with warranty cards, wherever applicable.

• Maintain sales records, day books, and product-wise transaction details.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
