Guest Relations Executive (Female)

 

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests: Warmly welcoming guests to the hotel and assisting with the check-in and check-out processes.
• Taking care of VIP guests: Planning the arrival of special guests or VIPs in advance and arranging for their required amenities.
• Providing information: Explaining hotel facilities, room features, and local tourist attractions to guests.
• Problem resolution: Addressing any complaints from guests immediately and informing the manager if necessary.
