Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of facilities.
• The role includes managing preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and energy conservation practices.
• Supervises engineering staff, coordinates with other departments, handles vendor services, and maintains records of maintenance activities.
• Focuses on minimizing downtime, controlling costs, and enhancing guest comfort and satisfaction.
