Compliance & Coordination

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all defined SOPs and checklists related to tours and guest handling.

• Position oneself effectively to ensure visibility and clear sound during narration.

• Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from senior management.

• Stay updated on tour scripts, newly shot locations, and special events.

• Adhere to the prescribed dress code and grooming guidelines.

• Handle complaints and unexpected situations with composure and professionalism.

 

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.

 

Experience:

• Previous experience in tour guiding, public speaking, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred. Experience in theme parks or entertainment venues would be an advantage.

 

Language Skills:

• Excellent command of English and Hindi is essential. Proficiency in additional languages, including Telugu, other regional Indian languages, or international languages, would be an added advantage.

 

Knowledge:

• A keen interest in cinema, filmmaking, and general entertainment. Familiarity with Indian culture and tourism would be beneficial.
