It also prevents premature greying of hair, hair fall, and other hair-related problems, improves memory and alertness, and addresses eye and ear problems.
Kunjal Kriya
Kunjal Kriya cleans the stomach and upper digestive tract, practised on an empty stomach in the early morning. Drinking plenty of saline water and then vomiting it out with the help of a finger removes excess phlegm and mucus from the stomach, reduces acidity and indigestion, and aids in detoxification.
