Dr. Reddy’s team of 13,000 members landed at RFC on 26th January 2007 to celebrate their mega event. The entire team of more than 2000 work force of events department, hotels, transport, creative design, light and sound and various other departments at RFC had worked in tandem to make this mega event a grand success.
It was not an easy task to create an extraordinary atmosphere considering the divergent profile of the guest for all of them to revel and carry home the experience of unique destination. |

We created target specific entertainment, games, theme dinners, Live Concert for guests and the crucial part of the whole arrangements were to make them tap to evening entertainment.
The event was held at Majestic Garden with picturesque atmosphere and splendid arrangements. Exclusive large counter Sections were designed for V.V.I.Ps/ V.I.Ps and a separate team was patrolling to take care.

A Carnival Zone was created and the main highlights were Parrot Card Reader, Pot Maker, Clay Moulder, Puppet Show, Live Bangle Maker with Bangle Stall, Stalls with gift items, Board Games with Exciting Prizes, Fun Games etc. Apart from Enjoyable Rides at Eureka, Thrilling Moments at Borasura, Breath taking Stunt Show, Ramoji Movie Magic, Bungee Jumping, Bollywood Dance Hungama with Fire Acts, Exclusive Acrobat Acts.
Dr. Reddy’s Chairman’s excellence award was a grand success and a memorable event and testimony to our professional effort and unique corporate destination Ramoji film city the world’s largest film city. |
