GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS SHOOTING DAYS: RFC services can be made available 24hr a day X 7 days a week. Adequate advance intimation will enable us to serve you better. 50% of the total amount is to be paid in advance by way of cheque at par or Demand Draft and remaining 50% is due on presentation of bills during shooting / the period of availing a service and are to be paid immediately. The cheque at par / DD should be drawn on Ushakiron Movies Ltd. payable at Hyderabad. Interest will be charged @ 24% p.a. beyond the due date in case of delayed payment of outstanding bills. The exposed film negatives/ tapes /cans are to be kept with RFC until the final bill is settled & paid in full. If the shooting is cancelled for whatever reason after making prior arrangements, all cost incurred by RFC specifically on your account including the cost of manpower, equipment, any set work & food booked /blocked etc. will be charged accordingly.
